Medical Transportation Program

Our Medical Transportation program provides round-trip transportation to/from medical appointments and ongoing medical treatments for community members who have no other means available. Medical appointments must be located within a 15-mile radius of Croton-on-Hudson (this includes Phelps Memorial Hospital, Westchester Medical Center, Northern Westchester Medical Center and New York Presbyterian-Hudson Valley Hospital).

Click here to get additional details regarding this program → Medical Transportation Program Guidelines, including how to request an appointment.

We will make every effort to accommodate all requests for medical transportation we receive, however, as this Program is provided exclusively through volunteers, we may need to direct individuals to other community resources if there are no drivers available. Please find alternative resources here (link to info on resource page). **** Alana to add relevant info from below: (Medical Transportation Program Guidelines)
Please note that some of the above resources may have an associated cost.
